Welcome to Perfect Sound Creation (PSC) LLC, a company that will give voice over projects a voice that promotes success. Tony Pearson-Shaver, PSC’s principal artist, is a voice over artist with years of experience in education, medicine, music, and public speaking.

It is Perfect Sound Creation’s mission to:

Tony’s voice has been described as calm, reassuring, and easy on the ears.  After many years of practice as a pediatric specialist who cared for critically ill children, he gained experience helping families endure stressful experiences. Parents frequently commented on his patience and ability to explain complex issues without “talking down” to them.

With a naturally baritone voice, Tony displays a soft southern accent in relaxed conversation, though in professional settings his voice is neutral and mid-American.  Bedtime stories with his young children were lively and filled with action and character voices.  During his career as an educator, character voices would sometime sneak into professional presentations to keep otherwise dry topics more interesting.

Tony’s professional speaking experience has included routine lectures to medical learners, presentations at national and regional medical conferences, and the occasional TV interview explaining issues important to the health of children. Tony has facility with medical terms like “Phytophotodermatitis (a reaction to some plant-based chemicals that lighten the skin when exposed to sun).”  Beyond pronunciation, Tony understands medical issues. This understanding contributes to his ability deliver a good read on medical topics.

Music is a passion, and jazz is Tony’s musical genre of choice. He has played single reed instruments most of his life. He is an accomplished saxophonist, and he can hold his own as a baritone/bass voice with good amateur choirs. Playing a wind instrument and singing have helped Tony develop the breath control and support required to give a successful performance behind the microphone as a voice actor.

Tony uses professional quality recording equipment, and projects can be completed and returned quickly (usually within 24 hrs.).
